Gallery Gourmet - All Australian food products
Gallery Gourmet is our own brand of gourmet foods most sought after, where quality, unique and fresh flavours, and chemical free and organic used where possible. Select from sweet and savoury preserves, rich fruit cake, panforte, plum pudding and wood-fired coffee. There is an artisan behind every product, whose creativity and passion transforms our fresh ingredients to the luscious delights that we bring to you.
Natural ingredients are mostly from the lush growing areas of the Hawkesbury Valley region of New South Wales. Often tucked away in a Gallery Level hamper will be a recipe suggesting a tasty way to serve the treasures found in a hamper.
In addition, we have hand selected other products that complement the delicious foods of Gallery Gourmet, such as herbal mix of flowers and sea salt, wine chocolate and macadamia cookies, to name a few.

Added to our famous plum pudding is a choice of a 1 kilo rich fruitcake made from spelt flour and gift packed. This is ideal for those who cannot tolerate gluten in their diets. A taste sensation of this fruitcake for all-year-round nibbling is the famous Bundaberg Rum, distilled in the sugar cane lands of South East Queensland. Yum.

Australian Wine Beverages

Gallery Level selects a small range of wines for different seasons that are available in our gift hampers in single and twin packs.
Our current selection is four Margaret River Pitchfork Wines by Hay Shed Hill, in the Margaret River golden triangle, Western Australia. The wines are approachable and easy drinking, and comprise of a Cabernet Merlot, Pink Cabernet, Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, and a Chardonnay.
The special label designed by Celestial Tenielle for each, complements Gallery Level’s JoiaMia fashion products beautifully.

We have selected six very different taste revelations for a genuine Australian beer experience in a gift hamper. Each beer sample comes from a different region of Australia and has been chosen for its special ingredient and style, which sets it apart from mass-produced beer.
Try the lagers, ales, and wheat beers, and even wattle, full-flavoured, English style ale.
The typical Australian approach to design of labels carries names like Red Back (spider), Black Wattle (national emblem) to Blue Tongue (lizard). You won’t want to part with the bottles or the lids.
