Jenny Mulder
Jenny was born in Melbourne and in 1964 and 1965 attended the Melbourne Institute of Technology and the Emily McPherson College for dress design. She started a greeting card business in 1966, and in 1969 travelled to India where she studied meditation and yoga.
She studied painting with Roy Churcher, Andrew Sibley, Ian McFarlane and Victor Rubin at Toowoomba University.
Jenny has always been artistic, either painting or designing. Her style is eclectic, combining a wide range of subject matters and methods, ranging from contemporary landscaped to classic still-life. Her love and passion is the abstract, centred around her fascination in exploring the depths of her own inner world and dreaming. She combines complexities of colour, and the play of one colour against another giving her work atmospheric feeling.
