Come visit us at the Sydney markets listed below to sample our gourmet food. We are sampling our own brand, Gallery Gourmet. We have just released our wheat free range of French Macarons, Chocolate Panforte and Rich Fruit Cake for you to enjoy.

Gallery Gourmet products all made from quality, fresh Australian foods and include:
French Macarons 6 pack box all gluten free. With curvature chocolate fillings flavoured with natural flavourings of strawberry, Dutch chocolate, orange zest, lemon zest, vanilla, mint your eyes tell you these are something special. Serve as an indulgent morning/afternoon tea or as a dessert with a short black coffee. The macaron is made from almond meal and egg white and is very light in texture but moist and enticing. These are fresh, but can be frozen. You'll want to try all the flavours - which flavour will you like the best?
Little Rich Fruit Cake 300g & 1kg made traditionally with hand chopped Australian fruits, nuts and soaked in brandy. The cake continues to cure in the brandy and only gets better with age. Stays fresh for up to 12 months if kept in an airtight container. Serve in small fingers to savour the fruit flavours or heat and serve as a hot dessert with custard. With the appealing fragrance and look you'll want to eat this cake yourself and not want to give it away as a gift.
Chocolate Panforte 300g & 100g We've been told this is the BEST panforte ever - try it for yourself! Made with almonds, figs and Australian honey with a hint of Dutch cocoa to give the panforte a light chocolate flavour. Serve thinly sliced with coffee or tea or as a dessert with colourful fruits and ice cream. Stays fresh for up to 12 months if kept in an airtight container.
Muscat Figs 360g A designer dessert in a jar! Serve simply with a cheese platter or as a dessert by piling the a few figs together with a side of mascapone cream then drizzle the muscat sauce around the dessert for a brilliant presentation. Refrigerate after opening.
Peppery Beets 360g Shredded beetroot marinated with peppercorns. Delicious with salads, in sandwiches and soups. Refrigerate after opening.
Tangy Lemons 360g These preserved lemons for cooking enhance any meal. Slice the marinated lemon rind into tiny pieces and cook with meats for a delicious lemon tang. A little goes a very long way, and the shelf life is 12 months. Refrigerate after opening.
Pear & Fennel Chutney 360g Great with red and white grilled meats, curries and braised meats. Add a taste sensation to your home cooked meals, without the fuss. Refrigerate after opening.
Fig Chutney 360g Again great with cooked meats and good to spice up salads. Customers advise this is also tasty and easy to serve with cheese platers. Refrigerate after opening.
Vanilla Bean & Apricot Jam 360g Be tantalised with the fragrance of real vanilla bean with Gallery Gourmet apricot jam. The balance of vanilla bean is just right to bring out the full plump flavour of the Australian grown apricots. Refrigerate after opening.
Rhubarb Apple & Ginger Jam 360g With the look of a strawberry jam, the Rhubarb & Apple delight the senses with a hint of ginger to spice up the flavours. Serve with scones and cream as a Devonshire Tea or spoil yourself and simply serve on hot toast. Yummm.
