"North Beach", a 5 star executive residence which hides in the lushness of a Queensland garden just a hundred paces from the sand, patrolled beach, and easy stroll to cafes and restaurants.

"North Beach" is a modern beach house consisting of four bedrooms and four bathrooms, expansive verandahs and open plan living areas. The upstairs bedrooms on the eastside of the house are connected to the bedrooms on the westside by a bridge spanning the expansive living areas below. There is a modern kitchen with every appliance to make your holiday thoroughly enjoyable and a fully equipped laundry. A plasma screen television, CD, DVD and video player comprise the entertainment unit.

This is the ideal getaway for those happy to cater for themselves or a mix of dining in and eating out. Mudjimba Park at the Surf Life Saving Club has fully serviced BBQ and picnic areas all within a children's park and activity area on the beach.

There are three Queen size beds and one king single. Occupation is limited to 7 guests. Fresh linen is provided for your stay and the home will be serviced mid-week based on a 8 night or more stay. Minimum stay is 4 nights.
