"In the beginning my dream was to pamper our guests sufficiently while still giving them plenty of space in the intimate environment of the beach house resort. However, over the seven years of hosting couples, it became evident to me that there was a shift emerging away from sharing facilities. Couples still wanted luxury and service but preferred to organise their own food, or dine out, or eat when they felt like it. Privacy has become high on the holiday wish list.

My next direction in the industry has taken me to the holiday mecca of Australia, which is Queensland. I have embarked on my first two self-contained holiday properties in that state, one being on the Sunshine Coast just south of Noosa Heads, and the other is on the Coral Coast north of the Noosa region near Bundaberg.
