Shipping & Packing
We recommend you provide a delivery address where you or a nominated person will be to receive your goods. Why not nominate your work address to ensure your delivery the first time. Art & Abode Accessories ? Original Art & Abode Accessories require specialist packing & shipping, and insurance. At the checkout you will be required to select a shipping rate. Please select the cheapest option (mail) and we will contact you to advise the shipping & insurance rate for your location. The shipment rate you selected in the checkout will be credited to your shipping cost. Payment is to be by EFT for goods over $1,000. The goods and certificates of authenticity will be despatched on receipt of payment.

Delivery
Your order will be packaged and despatched within 3 days. Depending on your destination, delivery can take up to 5 working days within Australia via Australia Post.
Deliveries sent via Australia Post E-Parcels provide you with a most secure and reliable door-to-door delivery of your goods. If no one is home a collection card will be left for you to pop in to your local post office and pick your parcel up. Our courier network is very reliable and ensures prompt delivery worldwide.
What if a parcel doesn't arrive?
Should a parcel not arrive in a two-week period, please contact us via email or phone. We will commence a track and trace on your parcel. It is rare that parcels go missing using the Australia Post E-Parcel system. Should this occur, we will contact Australia Post and we hope you understand that this may take up to a week to sort out and is out of our control. We will keep you informed of the progress and do everything in our power to resolve promptly.
If a product that you purchase is out of stock, we will notify you within 2 business days.
We recommend insurance for goods over $100. If for some unknown reason your goods are lost and they are not insured, we will be unable to replace them if the retail value exceeds $100. Insurance is an option in the shopping cart.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any fresh food items. Gallery Level will deliver all perishables fresh & perfectly edible but cannot vouch for the maintenance of freshness once the items have been delivered to you and left our delivery service. However we will refund for other products, your purchase price (including postage and handling) in the unlikely event that you, within 14 days of purchase provide us with proof of faulty item by you to us.
